Liber Lilith

Liber Lilith
Donald Tyson

Liber Lilith is a powerful and disturbing book which charts the disintegration of a German occultist, Karl Steiger, who in mysterious circumstances comes across an ancient Gnostic grimoire, long considered lost. This contains the stunning revelation that it was Lilith, Queen of Hell and Mother of all Demons, who fashioned Adam from the clay of the earth, and who visited Eve in the form of a great serpent to teach her the secret wisdom of Heaven. The grimoire reveals in seductive detail a system of sex magic taught to mankind by Lilith, by which she may be summoned as both a lover and a teacher. The book opens with an introduction by the editor of Steigers journal, and follows with a reproduction of the grimoire itself. Next comes the working journal of Steiger, revealing the progress of the ill-starred occultist as he discovers this lost necromantic grimoire, steeps himself in its shadows, and is beguiled by the glamours of Lilith. He is compelled to put into practice the obscene rituals as set out in the grimoire, and he gradually succumbs to madness as Lilith answers his call and he is enmeshed ever deeper in her dark and sinister web. Softcover book, 320 pages. 25 euros. Currently out of stock.

The Book of Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage

The Book of Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage
Translated by S.L. MacGregor Mathers

This text has had a huge influence on modern ceremonial magic, and has been cited as a primary influence on Aleister Crowley. Abraham of Wurzburg, a cabalist and scholar of magic, describes a quest for the secret teachings which culminated in Egypt, where he encountered the magician Abramelin, who taught him his system in detail. The procedure involves many months of purification, followed by the invocation of good and evil spirits to accomplish some very worldly goals, including acquisition of treasure and love, travel through the air and under water, and raising armies out of thin air. It also tells of raising the dead, transforming ones appearance, becoming invisible, and starting storms. The key to this is a set of remarkable magic squares, sigils consisting of mystical words which in most cases can be read in several directions. Of course, these diagrams are said to have no potency unless used in the appropriate ritual context by an initiate. Softcover book, 268 pages. 25 euros

Turba Philosophorum

Turba Philosophorum
Translated by Arthur Edward Waite

Known unto the Wise as the Crowd of Philosophers, this twelfth century treatise records the meeting of the "Hermetic Association for the Advancement of Alchemy" and gives voice to the alchemical wisdom of several centuries. From Pythagoras to the Thrice-Greatest Hermes, the Adepts converse on the keys of the Royal Art and the nature of the Magnum Opus in their pursuit of the Philosopher's Stone. Arthur Edward Waite's translation of The Turba Philosophorum remains the most complete to date due to the fact that he examined the many variant Latin manuscripts. There were two versions of the Turba; a short version and a long version, and in cases where textual differences occurred, Waite was sure to note them. This new edition has retained those important words of wisdom. Full burgundy cloth with gilt spine title and device on front board in a printed dust jacket. Octavo. In this, the demonology of the Grand Grimoire is unique; while some of the chief spirits are identical to those in Grimoirium Verum, and others to Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis vel Regis, the Grand Grimoire stands alone in the literature of demonology with its central figure, Lucifuge Rofocale. The Fourth Book of Occult Philosophy

The Fourth Book of Occult Philosophy
Cornelius Agrippa

This book is a milestone in Western magical practice. It was first translated into English in 1655 by Robert Turner. Often erroneously called a forgery, it is in fact six separate books in one, two of which are by Agrippa (1486-1535). One of them, Of Magical Ceremonies, is Agrippas clearest step-by-step formulation of how to perform an evocation, much more openly expressed than in his Three Books of Occult Philosophy. In addition, there is the key grimoire, Of the Magick of the Ancients, which clearly defines the different types of magic, focusing on the invocation of angels and of the Olympic spirits. The Heptameron by Peter de Abano is a complete, self-contained set of instructions for conjuration of spirits according to the day of the week. Also included is Villinganus work on the nature of spirits, illusions, prophecies, and miracles, and how they may be used. Two geomancies (one by Agrippa, and the other by Gerard of Cremona) complete the volume, which has been reset in modern type. Hardcover, bound in black cloth, bookmark ribbon. The accompanying invocations - as - poems present a veiled initatory process which liberates the psyche from the social interpretations of the Adversary and the Self as Redeemer. Beginning of Luciferian Magick

Beginning of Luciferian Magick
Michael W. Ford

The Luciferian Path is one which exercises the sanctification of Self by activating aspects of the Adversary in particular form. This approach, highly at odds with traditional occult assumptions, is difficult to navigate for Practitioners just getting started. These are the questions this manuscript answers. The first part of this book deals with theoretical and methodological foundations of magick. The second part takes a look at previous books through ritual, commentary and suggested practices. Reprinted works have been refocused and expounded upon with additional instructions for the beginner. Previous works of the author were initially written to organize a record of personal magickal practice. Ancient magickal forms were revived and new ways of magickal approach were synthesized. These practices became further activated by the technical meritocracy of chaos magick fusing with philosophical and Gnostic elements of Satanism. A progressive, system of initiatory magick was thus born. Heralding the spirit of Lucifer through Adversarial forms, it is now necessary to make this decidedly-complex path accessible to each man and woman with an interest in Self-Deification. Softcover book, 126 pages. 26 euros
